Today, March 29, 2008, at Eight P.M. electric lights will be going out all over the country, in a world-wide demonstration designed to create an awareness of electrical usage. The idea is to promote conservation and to help people be conscious of how they use their electric power.
Several major cities have signed on to participate, but you do have to live in those cities to participate your self. This action is being called “Earth Hour”
