SO MUCH HAS HAPPENED since I last posted.. Life has been coming at me at an amazing rate. At all of us, really. We have a POTUS elect, who is already leading even before he has been inaugurated. He’s erasing the artificial lines between parties and idealogies and extending his arms around all (not just reaching across the aisle..)
Bless Barak Obama and all of us as we move into healing and reconstruction of our: constitution; position in the world; environment; infrastructures; privacy and love for each other..

Someone please remind me to hang onto hope and humanity in this increasingly regimented world.

A short time ago a 7.8 magnitude earthquake struck in the middle of the afternoon in Central China. Trembles were felt as far away as Shanghai, Beijing and Bangkok, Thailand. Over 9000 people are estimated to have died and many more are trapped in fallen buildings. 80% of the building at the epicenter collapsed. Schools and business were among the buildings downed, in during the busiest time of day. The BBC (link above) has a detailed article, which I’ve posted below.. Goldstar families for Peace are organizing a letter writing campaign to clue Nancy Pelosi to take her up on her statement that is she received 10,000 hand written letters from American citizens calling for the impeachment of Richard Cheney, she would put put the question of impeachment back on the table.
