Sam Pizzigati has written an article published on Alternet, giving an overview of a very unusual proposal set forth by a psychologist named Howard Gardner. He is calling for a limit on personal fortunes, a maximum wage. This is in response to decades of unbridled greed and excess.

I thought since the proposal relies on a formula of the ratio between the average wage earner and the the top wage earner, this would also provide an incentive to bring up wages at the bottom.. Click on Read More to bring up the article and links to the original..
